Spring’s been on my mind lately—not only have we just completed the first week of the season, but we’ve just released our Spring Issue of Wm Brown, which you can find online or from stockists around the globe. While March 20th was spring’s official kick-off date, I’d like to think I experienced it a little early thanks to my trip to Hong Kong and Tokyo that Yolanda and I took last month, where it was thankfully warm enough to break out (and acquire) some spring kit.

On the more casual side, these silk-cotton T-shirts from Sunspel love got plenty of wear, as did this Buck Mason’s cotton-cashmere tee. Both feel properly weighted for those transitional days with cool mornings and evenings but sunny/humid afternoons, when their breathability factor is really appreciated.

In terms of new acquisitions, my friend Mark Cho from The Armoury sold me on the Fou Fou II coat by Coherence when I visited his store’s new space at the Pedder Arcade (Mark’s brilliant London-style shopping arcade in Hong Kong). It’s double-breasted with raglan sleeves and made from a lightweight water-resistant cotton, and a piece you can throw over a suit or sport coat without much fuss in a squall. After Hong Kong, I traveled to Tokyo and visited the Beams HQ, which was so inspiring—stay tuned for more on this coming soon... However our Japanese retail therapy did not stop there, leaving with duffel bags from Porter Yoshida and a great denim Bedale from Barbour, made exclusively for the Japanese market.

And while we’re still waiting for the final product to come in, watch this space for updates on the Largo jacket, a blue blazer I’m making with J. Mueser inspired by the jacket worn by the unforgettable Bond villain Emilio Largo in Thunderball (one of my favorites).

Now onto the main event—below I’ve compiled a listing of over 50 pieces of gear I’m either personally wearing (or feeling tempted to purchase) this season, from waxed jackets to tennis sweaters to good-old-fashioned rain boots. Get your fix below.
