I made the switch to Cynar 70...adds a lot of depth to the drink, though you might feel "it" a bit sooner in the evening.

My take on keeping kids off the pool after a meal is just to make sure they don’t barf out in the water, that’s what kids do.

As for the getting moisture out of your watch, I agree with unscrewing the crown, if you also have the tools, take the caseback off to dry. Putting it under a lamp is also good because it’s just passive heating. While a blower, I wouldn’t recommend because it can cause the gaskets to warp because of the heat not just from the blower but from the metal parts that’s already conducting the heat from it. Believe me, it happened to me and the blower was on low. Thankfully gaskets aren’t proprietary, and nothing got damaged from the moisture.

Good stuff Matt. Headed to London Tuesday for the first time and taking much of your advice along! You and Yolanda have become a wonderful addition to my “friend” group. Cheers!

Every tip is awesome!!! You made me that Cynar drink and it is truly quenching! The swimming after eating is a myth that still persists...kids bored out of their minds after lunch all over the beaches in Italy.
