Sorry for the delay on delivery of this newsletter. I have had the ol’ nose to the grindstone—yes, testing out Greek beers and Spanish sunscreens—but also putting the final touches on the Wm Brown cookbook manuscript that is being delivered to my fantastic publisher Artisan as we speak. So, as a little teaser, I’m sharing a couple of my fave summer recipes that I have really been missing while here in the Eurozone.
