The Negroni is for sure a favorite of mine. I have had them made for me all over the world - all good and some better than others. I wrote a book about my love affair with this lovely balanced drink of bitter, gin and vermouth measured 1:1:1, served over ice in an old fashioned glass with a garnish of orange.
